Felt sluggish. Ate lunch between 12:30 - 1pm. The menu was salad, raw green beans and a homemade pork sandwich. Mustard no barbecue sauce. Had a granola bar at 4:45. I wish I had that same great feeling when I ran after I ate the pasta.
I also started going to the gym first before my runs. Yesterday I did legs today I did arms.
