Swimming 35:00 [3] 2.0 km (17:30 / km)
Time's a guess but Kurt challenged me to not use flippers! So did 1.5km without stopping and no flippers!! I think I always knew I could do it but I like the way the flippers make my back feel, and for me the swimming is not so much about a workout but relaxing and stretching out... so did an extra 500m at the end with the flippers on! ;)
I wonder what I'll do next time! :)
