Bit of a hot one along the Darwin waterfront.
I think I might have overdone it in cairns a few days ago... back and hammy have tightened up again :(. It really seems like all I can do without getting injured or any pain is just easy 6-8km runs :(
Hoping it will feel ok tomorrow cause I have a whole day in Perth... please let me run body :(
