Orienteering 43:51 [3] 6.5 km (6:45 / km)

0 flow, mistakes started at the first control and thought it could only get better but it got worse and worse... Hit 3 controls well out of 16 including the finish. My worst run since being back and not sure why. My mind wasn't in it and I seemed to find the lantana that noone else found... One to be forgotten... I was terrible.

Just a little bit up. No warm down. Probably regret it tomorrow...

A technical sprint that was way too long! Not that great but can't really expect much when my last sprint race was about 14 months ago in Gothenburg... It was hard and I stuffed up but I still enjoyed it :)

Was meant to be easy around the Samford loop... don't know how I managed 5 min k's while talking. Glad it was done early and now I can recover from my 'recovery' run before the sprint tomorrow... ;)

Daisy Hill. I felt terrible. Hadn't felt this bad since leaving Sweden and not sure why... It was pretty hot and humid and there was a bit of lantana... Finished almost 18mins down on Kurt! Hopefully I got it out of my system...

Testin out the new shoes. Bit tight - just like my old Nikes but all good. Do not want to Sprint the way I sprinted today though... Hopefully I got it out of my system.
