Aus Middle
Woke up with my whole right leg ceased up - glute, hamstring, quad and knee pain - and my left was perfect! If only I could have 2 of them! :(
Struggled running to the start in pain and just figured i'd do what I can today and again just potter around the course.
Pretty happy with the navigation and focus again and just lost a bit of time.

I am moving so slowly through the bush though and have absolutely no terrain strength what so ever or flow. But I was pretty stoked to come 4th only 3 secs off podium - if only I could run properly down the finish chute :(

Lost a few mins here and there but happy with my concentration and my map contact - although maybe I had too much - as I wasn't moving very fast and was constantly double checking!
Pretty happy with the nav, just didn't get in one of the many trains that formed out there today...
