Sunday Oct 9 #

Running 45:00 [3] 7.7 km (5:51 / km)

Bunyaville again.
Had the hope of doing 90mins... I might have hoped a bit too much...
Started with a stitch, it went away, then came on like a monster. So just walked back to the car... :( Getting a bit sick of say 'hi' or smiling at everyone I see!

Then went to Vegan Yummm for a very unhealthy Birthday breaky ;)

8 AM

Running 51:11 [3] 8.3 km (6:10 / km)

Back at the ole Bunyaville!
Struggled with a stitch for the first half.
4 PM

Yoga (Core) 20:00 [3]

Man I must be weak! I can't remember it hurting so much... And I swear my muscles are still sore from a few days ago!

Friday Oct 7 #

8 AM

Running 30:00 [3] 5.1 km (5:53 / km)

First run back (Samford Loop) - legs felt so heavy (must be from the swimming!?)
pain is back in the right one, but it's not so painful that I need to walk like a cripple...A little bit of t-ball should hopefully settle it!
8am and it was already bloody hot! and my stomach - abs... ;) felt sore from yesterday! :D
11 AM

Swimming 25:00 [3] 1.5 km (16:40 / km)

Lovin it.
Legs felt a little tired though.

11 AM

Swimming 30:00 [3] 1.5 km (20:00 / km)

Same as yesterday! Just beautiful! and my leg is feeling soooo much better :)

Wednesday Oct 5 #

Swimming 30:00 [3] 1.5 km (20:00 / km)

First time back in the pool since before Sweden and I'm pretty sure this was the same pool! :) Andddd I absolutely loved it! Noone else was there, 29deg and not a fuking cloud! Andddd I couldn't feel my hip! Looks like swimming's the go for a bit - lucky I bought a pool pass... Tried pool running but no good. Again the pain kept me up pretty late and then woke me at 4am :(

Tuesday Oct 4 #

Right leg was crippled yesterday so rolled and stretched it - it is a bit better today but I think I was compensating and today my left leg has woken up just as bad - in the hip joint, with a sharp 'stabby' pain each time I put weight on it or take a step. Was awake at 3am tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable way to lie on it :(. Fair to say 2 days of orienteering in a row has killed me...
