Out early at Bunyaville (had a banana before and think it was perfect). Did the "shorter" version of the long loop I use to do with krysee which is 19k. Just ran the second bit across the rd backwards, which meant I didn't run up the rd and then back up the rd again to finish. Instead I finished up the park run track. Happy to get it done! It's only going to get hotter... Another stunning day.
Just looking back we used to do around 5.28m/ks for the 19km loop so I was pretty slow today... (at the moment!)
Mitchy Park Run. Little bit confused by this one... obviously still miles back from what I use to do but to be 20secs slower than the last time in September!? Bit sad when I was hoping I'd gotten just a little bit fitter since then... on another note today's sun is magic!
Right leg is still a bit funny, and felt it in my knee after finishing.
Stockyard Creek. Wow I thought I was back in Bendigo! It has to be the best "runnable" map in Brisbane!! Loved it even though I was feeling a bit tired.
On the other side of bunyaville (out the park run course way), around the outside and back up the middle creek on the other side of the Rd. It was seriously hill after hill after hill!
Actually didn't feel too bad! Hopefully that's a little sign of improvement...
