Running 1:33:07 [3] 16.2 km (5:45 / km)

At Bunyaville again. Not as early as last week cause it was cold!! :0 (18deg!!!) Perfect running temp, probably won't get a day as cool as this for awhile... Was fighting a stitch for the first 50mins but then enjoyed it when it finally went away! :)

At Warner. Never doing this one in summer! Not an ounce of shade and it was already hot! Wasn't sure on the course and thought I was almost finished till I looked at my watch... Then was dead for the rest! :(

Started running and my legs felt dead! So made the decision to "avoid" the hills at bunyaville - impossible! Actually finished better than I started I think... :)

Running warm up/down 26:00 [3] 4.0 km (6:30 / km)

2 up, 2 down. Down was basically all up hill and extremely slow.

Running hills 38:35 [3] 4.2 km (9:11 / km)

6 hills of bowers break - the first hill in the bunyaville park run course after the single track. Started at the bottom. Ranged between 2.07 and 2.09. Then 2 faster ones which started at the end of the ST to the top. Which were 1.07 and 1.08.
Hills are not my friends these days. Conscious of the right bung leg.

Yoga (Core) 20:00 [3]

I felt like I was improving with this... but a few days off it and it doesn't seem so...

Forgot the sunscreen and last time kurt said my nose was a little burnt so kept thinking the reflection from the bottom was pretty strong... so that's my excuse for only doing a k! My face does feel a little wind burnt or something though... strange.

Planned to just get them all and not worry about the time limit. Legs felt a bit like jelly, maybe from the swimming... or just training again...
