Terrible orienteering. I even did a 180 and ran down the wrong street about 500m and started looking :(.

Easy out at the dam on sunset. It was beautiful. Legs felt super heavy to start but feeling a little better by the end...

Don't have a qld club so couldn't do the relays so Kurt dropped me on the range and I ran there (via a detour cause I got a little lost in Samford Forest then had to climb the Patrick rd hills). Was pretty hot and not much shade should have had a hat or sunscreen on... Just didn't cross my mind.

Had the alarm set for parkrun but was woken at 3am by heavy rain so turned the alarm off...

After a big lunch and lots of cake I felt like shit but got it done...

Anzac Park. Hot. Legs had no go and needed o shoes! R leg not great but hopefully it's not getting worse.

2 up, 2 down. Could feel my leg on the down... :(

Running intervals 16:15 [3] 4.0 km (4:04 / km)

My old little dirt track is now fully bitumen with a left and right lane!! :o!!
Haven't done this session in well over a yr so didn't expect much... was actually aiming for around 4.10's so I'm pretty happy...
4.06, 4.00, 4.04, 4.05 w/ 2 mins break at the end of each one. My right leg now needs some tender love and care :(.
