didn't mess up just got cramp in both calves again. very painful :( ended up a slow jog/walk pace. didn't enjoy it but it was a good course

well my second leg had to do a mass-start..and then i had to do a mass start as well... oh dear :L

course was okay but too hilly and knew i was last so didnt have any motivation :(

did 6*20s fast, 30s steady up the big hill.
then did usual route.
sorted dad's headtorch for saturday cos mine still hasnt arrived :(
