Cross Country course, incline up to 9 for last section, put up to 10 on the last flat bit. Will look at either increasing speed or distance. Not sure about max HR seems a little high

Did H4 course and really didn't have a good run. Pretty scrubby bush so hard to get moving quickly. Need to slow down anyway and spend more time studying the ground rather than looking at the compass and map.
