was fairly lit today! :D normally take like 35/40 mins on that run...today I took 25! XD deffo was the shepherds pie me and eve made last night for mother's day ;)

Thought it was pretty good, no. 6 I was on the wrong spur but relocated by carrying on till I hit the fence and then bouncing back. First time id ever had to flip the map over. Rest of it was fine- quite hard running in all the green and it was chucking it down with rain so rly wet, muddy and slippy...I thought I did ok but quite disappointed when looking at the results coz I'm a lot further down than everyone else :(

Did the timetrial once jogging as a warm up, then twice round continuous my splits were 5:05 then 5:25...which tbh I was quite surprised at as I really pushed myself the second time round. Then did one of the sprint courses. Tried really hard and even though my running didnt feel that fast It was as good training as it could be considering I had stomach cramps.
