The Netherlands championships in relay. I ran the last leg and did a decent job, pulling the team up from somewhere around 9 or 10 to 5. The 4th team was 15 minutes ahead and uncatchable. Despite the lor spiking rate, all the wobbles were within the limits of 10-30 seconds, so not much time lost overall.

Played frisbee indoors at EPO. Felt like playing in sauna, I drank about 1.5 l of liquids and still felt dehydrated.

Decided to start doing various exercises to strengthen my back, which sometimes hurts.

Bicycled to the start of the training course in Meijendel.

Decided to try a MTB-O course that Olaf had designed on Meijendel map. A lot of small-trail riding and pushing the bike up steep uphills. Made one huge mistake although I took my time to decide on routes I was going to take. Fun!

Home - Meijendel parking - Meijendel - Scheveningen watertower - home. The first hour felt extremely easy, the end was a bit harder.

"Magnets" in Vecaki. Several large mistakes because of my fault and a rather gigantic one because of very sketchy map. Was very tired in the end, too.

Training, running with Elizabeth, alternating the lead for every 3 controls. I felt that for me, company actually helped rather than disturbed me (which was supposed to have been the point of the exercise) and helped to keep maintain a decent pace. Very happy with this training.
