The first day of Kapa 3-days in Straupe, Latvia. I disagreed with the authors of the map (maybe only with a few of them, since there were 4 in total, so they had some problems with agreeing on a unified style) and the scale because the last time I ran in a 15.000 map was quite a few years before that. I count about 20 minutes at least in mistakes.

Dutch relay champs. Disqualified my team by forgetting to take one control in the crazy butterfly loops. The first DQ in years for me. Otherwise a very fine run.

Distance and a climb are a guess. Did stuff on the map that does not require prior preparation or planning courses (other than on the run). Worked out pretty fine, did not feel so good at the end after yesterday's partying.

Running back from the training. In addition to feeling hung-over, me knee really hurt for the first kilometer or so, was worried that all the pavement running might have hurt me, but then it kind of went away.
