Running long 1:59:16 [2] 20.54 km (5:48 / km) +100m 5:40 / km

Tried out the very urban Eliza Furnace trail, which was interesting, but I don't think that it will make my daily run options because some parts are really sketchy. Water fountains and mile markers are a plus though... http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=453960

Friday Sep 22

Running 57:54 [2] 10.7 km (5:25 / km) +170m 5:01 / km
ahr:165
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=451748. Felt very easy in the beginning, so I pushed the end a bit.

Thursday Sep 21

Running 46:25 [2] 8.42 km (5:31 / km) +80m 5:16 / km
ahr:165
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=450346. Experimenting with routes to come up with a reasonably flat one. Not much success so far.

ahr:169 spiked:11/15c
Race at Boyce Park - to one of the controls I made a 15 minute mistake. Won by a minute anyway. Good to get out after being sick all week. Weather was great, too.
Orienteering (Control pick-up) 39:41 [1] *** 4 km (9:55 / km) +100m 8:49 / km
ahr:148 spiked:16/16c
Picking up controls after the meet.

Note
IKEA - Montour Trail 1/2 Marathon
Running race 1:44:10 [4] 21.1 km (4:56 / km) +10m 4:56 / km vdot: 43.0
ahr:166
Good race on a very fast course. I can feel that my marathon training actually does have some results. The only problem was that before running and now - after it - my left hamstring hurt, but, since I stretched really well before the start, it did not bother me during the race.

Friday Sep 8

Running 59:34 [2] 10.8 km (5:31 / km) +180m 5:05 / km
ahr:169
For about 3 kms in the middle my left leg was hurting in a weird way - I guess it was caused by a tight hamstring. Very unpleasant, but not unpleasant enough to cut my training short.

Thursday Sep 7

Running 46:47 [2] 8.4 km (5:34 / km) +100m 5:15 / km
ahr:169
Wanted to cut down on the meanest climbs towards the end, but cut too much distance off as a result.

Wednesday Sep 6
