| A very nice run on Panhandle trail near Pittsburgh. The temperature was right (or I was dressed just for the right temperature) and it felt nice to run on something else besides pavement. |

| Aborted attempt at exercising. Turned out that my running on treadmill was bothering someone living upstairs from the treadmill room and when i went outside it was way too cold for shorts and t-shirt run. Burned off perhaps one wing of the turkey. |

| Seriously disgusting weather. Rain, wind and colder than I anticipated, therefore my hands were numb pretty much the whole time. Proud of myself for not chickening out and still going for a run. |

| Race to Deliver in the Central Park. Arrived late so had to start with people, who had put themselves near the 9 minutes/mile start line. In fact, 3/4 of people starting ahead of me were running 10+ minute miles. I really don't understand the motivation for this - spent the first mile jumping around people.
