Warm up on a tiny map. Went and got two controls.

ahr:161 max:186 spiked:18/23c shoes: Falcon
Swiss long distance championships. Penultimate again. Most of the problems today due to lack of physical shape, orienteering wasn't all that hard. Some interesting route choice problems were there though.

Saturday Sep 6

Event: Swiss Championships (Sprint)

Running warm up/down 6:00 [1] 0.8 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: White Asics II
Orienteering race 19:04 [5] ***** 2.2 km (8:40 / km) +76m 7:23 / km
ahr:189 max:203 spiked:13/19c shoes: White Asics II
Swiss sprint championships in Baden. Ran the second strongest category - HAL and came second from the end. Two major errors - 20 seconds and 40 seconds and a lot of route choice stupidity. And also lack of any capacity for running uphill. I think I will go one category down for my next Swiss competitions. Otherwise it was really great fun. Hadn't taken part in this challenging city orienteering for quite some time.

Thursday Sep 4

Running 44:40 [3] 8.9 km (5:01 / km) +15m 4:59 / km
ahr:165 max:182 shoes: White Asics II
Evening run on a new VERY NICE trail. It seems to go on for quite some distance, will have to explore. Variations are also possible. Not sure abput the distance because not sure if I remembered correctly where the trail went.

Tuesday Sep 2

Running 36:18 [3] 7 km (5:11 / km) +30m 5:05 / km
ahr:166 max:181 shoes: White Asics II
OK, so I have taken a break since O-ringen (which i still have to log). But I am restarting some kind of regular exercising now.
