Bicycling to the training in the afternoon, was trying to catch up with a guy on a road bike ahead of me, which I did eventually. Yay!

Running the training; a normal course, where some controls were set out wrong and some were missing. Fun, except I took the wrong shoes with me and these ones give me blisters, so I slowed down noticeably in the nd. The weather was very unDutch in that it was very warm and pleasant.

Brookline Breeze road race in Pittsburgh. A big killer climb in the beginning half and a downhill at the end. Felt pretty good considering the heat.
