Kapa 3rd day. Liked the forsest and the map but lost some 2 minutes to digestion issues and 10+ minutes on errors. Have to do more technique training because my /dutch technique obviously does not work...

the 2nd day of Kapa. I liked the map much more but the climb and the heat totally killed me in the end. The cca. 25 minutes in mistakes didn't help, either.

The sprint competition in the evening. Score-O, where I mostly went for the style points (crossing the start-finish area 3 times) and as a result forgot to take one control. Distance, climb and time are guesses.
