| Good race, new PB. Left foot went numb around mile 5 but then it released after a few miles - don't know when exactly. Pushed the pace in the last mile very nicely. |

| I felt slightly sluggish in the beginning and had some pains in my legs, so I stopped and stretched my legs for about a minute (something which I almost never do). I was so surprised about how good I felt immediately afterwards. However, about 2 k before the end of my run (I was contekmplating adding another 3-4 k to it), my left foot started going numb. Strangely enough, this time it was not preceded by the pain on the side of my shin, so I don't know what to think now. It is not like it bothers me so much, it just feels very unusual.
Home - library - bridle trail (clockwise) - upper panther hollow trail - lower panther hollow trail - library - home. |

| Warm, no wind, very summery feeling. Had no problems with feet or the sides of the shins (which is what hurts before feet go numb). |
