Note
Just a short run, Allison Park. 1/2 marathon.
Running race 1:41:20 [4] 21.1 km (4:48 / km) +150m 4:38 / km vdot: 44.4
Good race, new PB. Left foot went numb around mile 5 but then it released after a few miles - don't know when exactly. Pushed the pace in the last mile very nicely.

Running 53:00 [2] 9.7 km (5:28 / km) +200m 4:57 / km
I felt slightly sluggish in the beginning and had some pains in my legs, so I stopped and stretched my legs for about a minute (something which I almost never do). I was so surprised about how good I felt immediately afterwards. However, about 2 k before the end of my run (I was contekmplating adding another 3-4 k to it), my left foot started going numb. Strangely enough, this time it was not preceded by the pain on the side of my shin, so I don't know what to think now. It is not like it bothers me so much, it just feels very unusual.

Home - library - bridle trail (clockwise) - upper panther hollow trail - lower panther hollow trail - library - home.

Running 26:00 [3] 4.9 km (5:18 / km) +100m 4:49 / km
Warm, no wind, very summery feeling. Had no problems with feet or the sides of the shins (which is what hurts before feet go numb).
