| The Bronx Half marathon. Felt good most of the time but there were more hills than I anticipated and it was also highly windy. I will say that those circumstances didn't allow me to reach my goal of breaking 1:40. Mile splits:
7:36 7:42 7:38 7:52 7:53 7:56 7:54 8:00 (long uphill and very strong headwind) 7:45 7:51 7:42 7:42 8:07 (last 1.1 miles). It appears that the pace was rather steady. I definitely picked it up in last 1.5 miles and had a good finishing kick that allowed me to overtake at least 10 people. | ||
