Sunday Mar 2

A long solo run. Took the subway to 72nd street, ran one long loop around Central Park, one shorter loop with the northern hill taken out and ran home via riverside. Took energy gel at 1:30 and could really feel it helping. In fact it helped so much that the last 4-5 km felt rather easy - i mean i was tired, but i didn't feel like my legs had absolutely no spring left in them. Ran with camelback.

Saturday Mar 1

Ran in the Central Park with a friend. Slightly faster than planned but felt ok, especially in the last few kilometers.

This was super hard. I guess I was way more hungover than I assumed.

Bought a new pair of running shoes and that was the only thing that motivated me to go for a run. I underdressed and it seemed like there was a strong headwind for 75% of my run.
