Worst session ever. Right index useless from prior crampon injury, strained my left ring, and took all the skin off my left elbow. Also didn't send shit.
Fucking pissed at myself for not just taking it easy recovering... injuries today were completely avoidable.
(Retrospective: This was a L Ring partial A2 rupture)
