Redwood Dash course. On the good bike; simply went all out for as long as I could. I was spent enough near the end that the "dip" under the fallen tree felt like a real hill (and speed bump). Beat my PR by five seconds. Top 2% overall and age group. Still 1st all time at the Y out of 54. P:325; C:61.
