Friday Oct 12

Racquetball 40:00 [1]
Payne 6-15, 15-12, 11-8

Was slow the entire time...

Thursday Oct 11

Swimming 35:07 [2] 1.0 mi (35:08 / mi)
Watercize 52:00 [1]
Handball 25:00 [2]
Discounted for playing two novices, although I was sluggish and lost the first game...

Wednesday Oct 10

Cardio (Bike) 23:00 [3]
Random @ 17

Legs were still very tired after the Highlander. Went only about 80% speed for most of the ride.
Weights 24:00 [3]

Tuesday Oct 9

Watercize 51:00 [1]
Heel still hurts and I'm still tired, but it is nice to do something today...

Sunday Oct 7

Event: Hudson Highlander 2007

Orienteering 6:30:35 [3] *** 26.2 km (14:54 / km)
spiked:23/29c
Of course, it is much easier to spike a control when you aren't moving so fast... as was the case for most of the race...

Actually, I came through this Highlander better than I expected. I was slowed down by some heel pain that has shown itself to be a huge bruise/blister that will probably exist for another five to seven days. Otherwise there was greater than usual exhaustion, but less than usual pain. (And I am writing this on Tuesday, so...)
