| Of course, it is much easier to spike a control when you aren't moving so fast... as was the case for most of the race...
Actually, I came through this Highlander better than I expected. I was slowed down by some heel pain that has shown itself to be a huge bruise/blister that will probably exist for another five to seven days. Otherwise there was greater than usual exhaustion, but less than usual pain. (And I am writing this on Tuesday, so...) | ||
