Could feel, but not strain, the adductor....

Could feel the adductor a bit, but it never felt like it was really straining. So far, so good.

Decided to stay indoors where it was warm rather than take a strained adductor out for a run in the cold...

Two games of cutthroat with good players. Won the first, but tweaked the adductor (see last Thursday) in the second and had to quit... This is not good and I will be on an extremely light load the rest of the week hoping to let it heal before the Raid The Hammer race on Sunday.

Damn bikes at the Y kept resetting in the middle of my ride. It seemed as if whenever I got out of the saddle at all - even to shift my shorts - they reset. Kind of broke up the exercise...
