Saturday Mar 1

Note
Two sets of stretches; unplanned rest day as I got involved in parental activities (read, lots of driving).

Friday Feb 29

Cardio (Bike) 25:00 [3]
max:161
Random @ 16
Weights 27:00 [3]
Note
Three sets of stretches

Thursday Feb 28

Swimming 33:02 [2]1.0 mi (33:02 / mi)
A friend pointed out a flaw in my technique nine days ago. Not sure if it explains the new speed, if the speed comes from a week of rest, or if I just miscounted laps - although my wife, who shared the lane with me for half the swim, said that I was "booking".
Watercize 51:00 [1]
Cardio (Treadmill) 38:00 [3]
3.1 miles: 0.1 warm-up, then 4 x 1/2 run, 1/4 walk. Runs at 8:57-8:34
Note
Three sets of stretches.

Wednesday Feb 27

Note
Just returned from trip to visit my dad (in hospital following stroke). Did NOTHING for the three plus days, despite the fact that I felt fine physically. Now, of course, it's time to "get back on the horse".
