Dragon Hunting on the Outpost (Tactics). 148,627 points. (left a bunch of points on the table by poorly timing 4x bonuses and treasure chests) Mediocre to poor both overall and age group, but it was my first time on the course... Second out of two all time at the Y, but close given errors in timing. P:134; C:56

Note: Going forward, I have decided to rate dragon hunting at intensity 2 as I never seem to get as worked up doing it...

The Great Pumpkin Workout - Everyone got a pumpkin and it was (more or less) used in every exercise, e.g. side-to-side hops over the pumpkin, pumpkin (Russian) twists, squash jumps (pumpkin goes overhead on squat jump), etc.

City Express course. Rode hard throughout and beat my ghost by 54 seconds. Top 10% overall; top 15% age group. Third all time at the Y (out of 28), just four seconds out of second. (First is over a minute away.) P:229; C:62.
