Temple Ridge course. Got the left bike which I have felt is much slower. Instead of improving my PR like I had in my two other rides this year, I came in over 10% behind it. I also lost to the pacer for the first time in forever. Fell behind my ghost after one mile and the pacer after four (at the top of the hill). Perceived effort way out of line with reported stats. Just missed top half overall; only made top 2/3 for age group. Today's time would have netted me 5th all time at the Y (out of 7) but I still hold the record (by eight seconds.) P:168; C:57
