Lost Valley Course. Got slightly ahead of my ghost and then just tried to stay there, ever so slowly opening up a bit on the last hill as fear that I would be caught closed in. Missed top 15% overall by two seconds; top 20% age group. Took over top all-time (out of 6) at the Y; had been in second by four seconds. P:185; C:60
