Did learn to head to the dark blue tower to get double-treasure chests. 279,180 points. 7/22 in the world (480 points from sixth); 4/8 age group (and nearly third); first of two at the Y by 40K. P:151; C:54.

Quicksilver course

Got on the "slow" bike, so a PR was out of the question. I busted my butt as much as yesterday for 80% of the power and a real slow time. Lost my ghost out of the start, but wanted to break 20 minutes and used his pace to help guide me. Made it with a push at the end. An exhausting, hard-fought ride with less to show for it than usual. Actually, my worst time ever! Top 15% overall; top 25% age group; still hold the Y record, but this ride is tied for 5th (out of 24.) P:208; C:60

Farmer's Bluff course

Showed up for the MoveIt demo class, but it was cancelled and regular TotalTraining was over 50% done so got on the bike. Jumped 2 seconds ahead of my ghost and opened up on him on both hills. Just tried to stay ahead of him (to set a PR) and managed to do just that - had a 13 second lead at the end. Top 5% overall; top 10% age group. Still first (by a wider margin) at the Y - out of twenty-two riders. P:246; C:58.

Stump Puller course

Jumped ahead of my ghost out of the block and tried to hold him off for at least 2.5 miles (as was the case over the weekend). At that point, he had closed to 4 seconds back, but I pushed up the last hill and over to up the lead to 8. From there it was 7-10 to the finish line. All in all a good ride. Top 10% overall; top 15% age group (missed top 10% by seven seconds). Improved my all-time lead (out of 20) at the Y by eight seconds. P:244; C:58.

Sunday Afternoon course on Sunday Morning

Like yesterday, I stayed with my ghost for the first 2.5 miles and then he blitzed me. I closed a bit at the end to trail by 30 seconds at the end. Top 10% overall; top 15% age group. Still first out of 22 at the Y and this ride would have been first, also. P:229; C:56.

Note: The guy in second place all-time on this course got on the (left) bike while I was cooling down. After I walked a bit, I passed the bikes on my way out and he had switched to the right bike. Apparently, I am not the only one who thinks there is a significant difference between the bikes!
