1x(8+6min), wanted to make two series but got a cramp in my lower leg in the beginning of the second series and had to end the training before half finished....
Skigang-intervals (walking with sticks up a steep hill). As a part of "get rid of my hamstrings-injury" I am taking a two week running break, and have to find alternative ways of doing my hard sessions. Seems like skigang is an ok solution to intensity 3 intervals
