O-fesitvalen, Norefjell, Long distance. Find it a bit difficult some places and are not focused enough to have good flow through the controls. Make some smaller mistakes, but mostly just a bit too slow (wedding yesterday, and too little sleep). 5th position, 4:38 min after Kine Hallan Steiwer.

Venla/Jukola relay in Kuopio (Finland), first leg. Satisfied with my race, are running my own race most of the time, but loose some unnecessary time to the 2nd control by not watching the compass carefully and to the 3rd by hesitating. Felt sick/empty/weak second half of the race, nothing to give on the fast and easy controls in the end. Change over 1:35min behind the leaders in 28th spot.

In the end we became the 14th spot after stable races, but still everyone could improve their performances. Motivated for next year!

Unofficial Sprint Relay in Imatra. Stressing in the beginning, have problems finding a way through the fences, and are the only one stopping for a couple of seconds, but that was good, I choose a good route choice and are one of the first to approach my control. The second one is also ok, but then i read to the wrong control (1 instead of 3), realize it when I am almost back at the 1st control, then running to the 4th forgetting the 3rd (never saw it on the map). Stressing the whole race because I thought I lost a lot of time (30-60sec) in the beginning, finding now good flow, feeling tired, and making bad decisions. Disqualifying by jumping over a control is not aloud, especially not in a relay, and the rest of the race was also not good at all. Disappointed!

The course was really tricky, similar to yesterdays sprint final. I think it is a bit lucky if you find the best way through the fences or not, because they are hard to spot and not in logical places....

World Cup Qualification in Imatra, bad route choice to 1st control, and a mistake in the middle of the race (+30 sec both together). The rest was stable but not good. 33 position

World Cup Sprint in Imatra - Final. Good race, do some mistakes and have a bit of a slow start compared to the best (I am loosing less time in the end), but overall really good flow and can not be anything than satisfied with my race. All the fences made it impossible to always choose the best route or never do any small mistake. 17th
