ca. 3 times 7min sprint intervals organized as a knock out sprint. First a prologue with indivdual start, then semifinals and finals with 8 persons per heat. Ok prologue, was 3rd best woman, behind Simone and Judith. In the semifinal I was not that good, and was 4th. In the final i started a bit bad, but the last half was good and I could take home the first place in my heat. Infront of Ines and Judith

Middle distance - lack of focus and motivation, started making mistakes to the easy first controls, had a better middle part with a little tricky and funny orienteering, then some small mistakes again before I made a big mistake in an area where it was strange and many other runners also missed, and then my last part of motivation disappeared, and the last part was just not fun.

Aargauer 3-Tage-OL long distance - much better race. Eventhough I had quite tired legs I managed to run technically almost clean, and got my first win this weekend! I even managed to win with around 4min which meant that I also won the overall competition!

Aargauer 3-Tage-OL long distance - started quite good also today, but after 5 controls I started to make small mistakes into the controls, and I was not able of being fully concentrated, and lost a little time all the way. Was therefore beaten with over 3:30min, and ended up 2nd.
