warm up together with Jonas, who did not join my intervall training

Ran 6*1000m on an outside track which I had heard should be snow and ice free, this was not the case: 150 m of the 400m track was covered with snow and ice. Was anyway a good training, eventhough it slowed me down a bit, so ran the 1000meters on around 4minuts, starting a new interval every 5 minut.
