Running intervals 25:00 [3]
5*1000m with new start every 5min. The idea was to start in I3 with a time of 3:45min pro 1000m on the first 3 intervals, and then run faster. But after 3 intervals of 3:45min without problems, my legs didn't want to run any faster, the muscles were tired eventhough the rest was not, so I ran the 4th on 3:40min and the 5th in 3:45min.
