Running warm up/down 50:00 [1]

Running race 10:48 [5] 3.0 km (3:36 / km)

3000m with Judith, Jonas and Nick. Jonas was my tempomaker. Ran the first 1000m on 3:30min, had a small crisis on the 2nd 1000m, and ran this one on 3:46min. The last 1000m I could step up my running again and had 3:32min. Judith opened harder than me and was on the most around 100m in front. In the end it was only 10 sec between us. The time is not so good, but felt like I couldn't go any faster to day, maybe if I was able of being harder with my self in the middle so that I could have 3:30min also here. Yeah, yeah, next time I will not run 65min I2-3 just some hours before ;) Time to break that horrible PB of 10:42min!

Orienteering race 16:52 [4] 2.5 km (6:45 / km) +50m 6:08 / km

Sprint in Thun with Oda, Jonas (course planer) and Nick. I ran good exect of a smaller mistake to the 5th control (10sek) and a bigger one to the 9. controll (15sek), the first wouldn't have happened if there was controls out, but the second I did go in Jonas' trap. So still more to work on in sprint. A lot to practice before WOC starts in one month.

Oda jumped over the 9th and the 10th control, so she got DSQ, but if we took away these to controls we where really having a close race. I would have beaten her with 5 sec if I took away the 9th and 10th control as well. This 5 sec she actually lost in the sprint, so we where same fast I would say.

Thank you, Jonas, for a challenging and really funny sprint in Thun! You are hired to make more sprints for me:D

Orienteering race 16:15 [4]

Running one of the sprint trainings from NLZ bern that I didn't do this winter. Ran good, but was afraid that the area around the stadium was closed, so ran around it to the last controll, eventhough it would have been the best thing to run through it. I didn't take the optimal route choice every where, but did a clean sprint without any mistakes. Nick ran an other sprint on the same map, and Jonas and Philipp did some track intervals.

Hiking long 2:00:00 [1]

800meters climbing from Beatenberg to Niederhorn, and then ca 200meters down to the mittle station on the cable car, where we rented kick bikes to get back to beatenberg. Nice trip with Oda, Jonas and Nick!

Orienteering race 23:00 [4]

Sprint in Steinhölzli more than half was in the difficult forest, and the rest streets. Had some difficulties in the forest, but mostly just to see the toiletpaper we used to mark the controls. The street part went really good.
