Technical training in the neighbour terrain of the norwegian champs in middle distance and relay.

KM long distance - startet ok, but was a bit tired and had difficulties to stay focused. Managed ok until 5th control, but to 6th I ran straight, but should have taken the street around, and to the 7th I lost my consentration totally: I decided to run flat around on small tracks, but without reading the map, I suddenly found my self running right when I should have gone left, and I had to go straight instead. This was very stupied, and I lost 4 min....To the 2 next controls it was ok, but I was tired physically and mentally, and my speed was too slow. At the 10th control I thought I had full control and punched the control I thought was mine...lucky as I was, Anne Johanne Lind who punched it at the same time made it clear to me that it was the wrong one. 3min got lost before I finally found the correct one. To the next I came to long down and ran therefore way to long and found my self 150-200m to long south, and lost new 3 minuts. The last part was ok, but nothing more (I was to slow and tired physically and in the map reading), and was in the end beated by 14minuts. So no big success....

6 times 2min with 3 min breaks, ran the 4 first on the tracks, so made 600m in 2min. The two last I ran on roads.
