TOM (Team orientierungslauf meisterschaft) with Ida and Elena. A lot of transport and waiting. We had one SI-card and three runners to make the SI-card go as fast as possible through a 10.5km leg. We devided the course between us and draw it on the map. Ida started with the first controls while Elena and I moved to where we was supposed to meet IDa again and planned the rest of the course while waiting for Ida. Then Elena ran and I and Ida went for the next place where we were going to run. I took over after Elena, and so it went on, and except of a couple of mistakes, we did quite well, we always found eachother at the right places and it was therefore fun. For another such competition we would maybe have had shorter intervals between the change overs, but that makes it all much more complicated.

4 orienteering intervals of around 4-5min each and with cirka 2 min breaks. The 5th interval I did only run for 4 min. 1:30min uphill, then about 1-1:30min flat, and the last minute uphill again.

5 times 4 minutes with 1.5 minutes active breaks, ran almost the same round as last sundag (23. oct) now just slightly modified but the principle is the same. Flat the first part, and then the last minute uphill. The new part was that I now instead of taking the downhill in the beginning of the interval I took it in the break.

Today is the first day in the new training year, so what is better than starting it with a quality training...=)
