Running intervals 15:00 [3]
Ran first 35 minutes longjogg, than 3*3min with 2min jogging in between. Than I meet a girl from Eritrea, who aim at 5000m in the olympic games in London, so ran the last minutes with her.
This training was a test of my injuries to know if I should go or not go to Portugal tomorrow, and it turned out to be no pain in the achilles, which means I go to Portugal after all!
