Biking long 2:40:00 [1]

Biking with Mari, a bit longer trip than planned, but had also no idea about how long the round really was. Biked from Bern to Schwarzenburg to Riggisberg to Belp and back to Bern. Really nice wetter, sunny and warm, but a bit foggy so the mountains was not as bright as they could have been.

Orienteering race 15:32 [4] 2.2 km (7:04 / km)

Sprint Qualification - ran good, but did some bad route choices. Won together with Ida Bjørgul

Orienteering race 14:06 [4] 1.9 km (7:25 / km)

Sprint Final - Good first half, then a really bad route choice and 15 sec loss. Then a bad finnish with small errors all the way. 3rd spot 21 sec behind Mari Fasting and 4 sec behind Tone Wigemyr

Relay training with the swedes. Did not have the speed of the fastest girls, but ran a good technical race and was beaten with only 50sec in posision 7.

Orienteering long 1:05:00 [2]

Running in pair with Ida, first a map without meridians, so kind of with out the compass. We ran the same loop in different direction. Made two mistakes, so Ida beated me with a minute or something. Then a loop with forking, where I did one mistake, Ida did two, but since my one was bigger than her two mistakes, she came first to the finish line and won the competition. The map was without roads and yellow, just counter lines and green was on the map.
