Running intervals 36:00 [4]
6 times 4 min with 2 min breaks. Ran with Mari, Sarina og Lina the 4 first intervals, but in the end of the 4th interval I had to give some meters. And on the 5th I had to give meters already after 2minuts, so on the last one I ran on my own. Really good training, and got really tired. Did start a little to hard but not much, I was still able to run the whole interval with good intensity.
