Orienteering long 45:00 [1]

Tired after NORT, so took it easy on a long distance relevant map.

Running warm up/down 45:00 [1]

Orienteering race 49:30 [4]

NORT stage 5 chasing start. Made quite many small mistakes of 30 sec, but managed to keep them that small. I was cathed by four runners starting behing me and after the butterfly we were a group of 5, I had the lead in this group big parts of the time, but missed some of the controls a little and came behind now an then. In the end I was able to win the finish sprint and ran in as nr 10, after starting out 19. Satiesfied, but a bit lucky that 7 runners starting infront of me made a routechoice mistake.

Running warm up/down 45:00 [1]

Orienteering race 13:10 [4]

NORT stage 5 sprint qualification - didn't see the fence to the second control and lost around 20 sec on that, but the rest of the race was good, and I could finish in 13th spot.

Running warm up/down 45:00 [1]

Orienteering race 14:50 [4]

NORT stage 4 sprint final - a bit defensive in the beginning, but had a stabile technical performance and a good finish, and eventhough I was a bit unlucky with the seconds I was ok satiesfied with my 16th spot.

Running warm up/down 55:00 [1]

Orienteering race 15:47 [4]

NORT stage 3 sprint qualification - a poor start, but a good finish, ending up in 11th spot.
3 PM

Running warm up/down 43:00 [1]

Orienteering race 9:08 [4]

NORT stage 3 semifinal Knock-Out sprint - really slippery at the start and came last to the start point, took the lead when the others missed the first control and kept it until 6th. To the 7th I went more straight than all the others, and got stuck in a steep slope which didn't look that steep on the map. Lost 10 sec on it and punched the 7th control in 7th position. Misunderstood the trainbrigde to the 8th and lost some new seconds, and after that I was never able to catch up again and ended last in my heat. In the end I was 18th.
