Hill intervals - 4 times ca 5:30 min, 1.2 km with 50 m climb. Ran only about 5 sec slower than I did in november!

5 times 4 min with 1,5min breaks at the treadmile. Ran the intervals on 5% with 14 km/h (the first two intervals I increased the speed from 13 km/h to 14 km/h). 14 km/h was a little too high - 13.5 km/h would have been better, but managed to finish at the little too high speed.
