Sprint training with some other nations. Did a good race, with only two suboptimal routes -> won with about 11 secs ahead of Cat Taylor. Hausken and Elise took it easy, and Ida jumped over a control.

8 x 45"/15" intervals after the sprint

Easy running on a WOC long distance relevant map - mostly to get some soft ground for my legs

Orienteering race 12:40 [4]

Sprint relay first leg with the norwegian girls, czech repub., polen, lituania. The sprint was arranged as 2-person relay with girls on the first leg and boys on the last leg. I had Gaute on my team ( the woc reserve team ;-))

Good race for most of the time, but some wrong routechoices. Avoided any bib mistakes, and could finish the leg first with a gap of 6-7 seconds down to czeck repub.

Gaute started my falling at the startpoint, but got up and never gave the lead away eventhough there were some critical points during his leg. Victory!
