Sprint intervals with Øystein in Strömstad:

Splitted the sprint finale and sprint relay course into 3 parts each of approx. 5 min, and thereby got a nice interval session with 6x5min and 2 min rest. Nice to get to rerun my WOC compititions and look at what I did well and what I can improve.
