Suunto Games Middle Distance

Felt better today, and wanted to try to run fast, but let the body decide. Felt ok, the whole way, so eventhough I did not try to push all to the limit, I could run at a high pace the whole course. Also had a decent run technically, and avoided control mistakes. Did not hit my planed route perfectly all the time and ran some unnecessary meters ekstra on some bad choices, but all in all a good day in the forest. Got a 12th place in a good starting field about 3 minutes behind the winner.

Also today the terrain was very enjoyable!

Suunto Games Long Distance

Not recovered from my cold, so decided to run easy as long as my body did not complain about it. It didn't, so I ran until control 12.

Very nice terrain compared to the trainings, so I really enjoyed the course!

1st training in Estonia. Quite a lot of undergrowth (not visible from the map) and slow running in many areas, some nice areas inbetween.

Woke up with a cold this morning - but running is ok. Only nose affected, lets hope it stays that way.

The first serie was a little flatter but also mostly uphill, while the 2nd serie was steep uphill most of the time
