I was supposed to run a terrain test, but I felt worse from my cold with a stuffed nose - probably it is my sinuses which are affected. I therefore decided after the first part to stop, and only ran the orienteering course at an easy pace.

Relay training with wave-start. Started out first on loop 1 and 20sec behind on loop two. Stable performance, but one bad route on loop 1 which made me come in in the leading group but I lost my lead. On the 2nd loop I catched the 20 seconds and ran with the leadig group to the arena passage. Lost some meters there physically, but when the others hesitated due to wrong control number, I did not (did not check codes - it was a training), and got a big gap and could win the loop.
