Test #3 swiss orienteering. This time 6' at each pace with increment of 0.4kmh per 6'. 30" rest for lactate measurement between each 6'. All out test.
Very hot today and did not have the day to dig deep. Had early high heart rate and high sweat rate and felt done after 3.5x6'. Despite high heartrates my lactate level was only 4.9 at the end of the test.
