Venla test race rtt in French Jura. Ran the same course as the swiss juniors for their jwoc selection races.

Much better technically and physically today, but not able to push as hard as I can when I am fit (pulse way too low). A bit hesitation and some errors (especially on one long leg where I did not find the path I planned to run on and dropped too fare down the slope), but all in all good. Was 5th by the jwoc test race juniors, and 3rd from rtt (Siri and Kim were faster).

Felt the warm weather and physically not fit today, and technically I struggled. No idea out of the start and after 200m I was not sure anymore, and decided soon to run to the path behind the control to relocate. Was not even very wrong, but lost a lot of time and a very bad start. Continued doing in total 4 errors, and all in all no good performance. Was 2nd by the rtt women who all somehow struggled, and got beaten by 9' by the juniors running selection races...!
